Integrated Tracking & Security System (G-Lert)

The system that we have developed, is one of a kind and designed around the current attacks that we have been experiencing on farms in South Africa.  We have taken the system further, in that there appears to be a definite pattern and modus operandi during an attack.  Should phase one of the attack be of the nature that the assailants take their victim’s by surprise, we have a secondary system in place, should the perpetrators steal the victims motor vehicle. The two systems work hand in hand or can work autonomously should the client want one or the other.

From the study of numerous reports, we have found that the victims of these horrendous attacks are lucky if they have the opportunity to make one outgoing telephone call.  For this reason, I felt it is imperative to have a system that has various activation triggers, we use “always on technology”.  The G-Lert system is adaptable for a small security cell or maybe use in an organized community protection plan.  The main objective of the system is, to alert a group of respondents or neighbours via SMS in the event of an attack. This system is ideal for neighbourhood watch organizations, we will adapt it according to the client’s street plan.
